Welcome to SellYourMacPK! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules and guidelines for using our website and selling your Apple devices to us. By using this website or submitting your device, you agree to these Terms.

Devices We Accept

We accept original Apple products in any condition, including:

  • MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and more.

We do not accept devices that are:

  • iCloud locked
  • Reported as lost or stolen
  • Managed by schools, companies, or part of Apple’s DEP program

If your device is locked or blacklisted, we may return it to you, and you will need to cover the return shipping cost.

Data & Privacy

Before sending your device:

  • Please log out of iCloud and erase all personal data.
  • Our team also performs a complete data wipe to protect your privacy.

We are not responsible for any lost data if your device is sent without being backed up.

Price Quote & Payment

  • All quotes are based on the information you provide. If your device’s condition is different, we may adjust the offer.
  • Final payment is made after inspection through Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
  • If you decline our final offer, your device will be returned, and you must pay for the return shipping.

Shipping & Pickup

  • We offer free shipping or pickup from anywhere in Pakistan.
  • You are responsible for safely packing your device to avoid damage in transit.
  • We are not liable for any damage caused by poor packaging.

Time Limit

  • Price quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
  • If you send the device after 7 days, your quote may be updated to reflect the current market value.

Cancellations

You may cancel your request any time before your device is shipped or picked up. After we receive the device, cancellation is only possible if you reject the final offer.

Legal Ownership

By sending your device to us, you confirm that:

  • You are the legal owner of the device.
  • The device is not stolen or obtained illegally.

We have the right to refuse any device and may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Device Inspection

Every device is fully inspected once received. This includes:

  • Checking the physical and working condition
  • Confirming specifications and model
  • Testing the battery and key functions

These Terms may change at any time. Please review them regularly. Your continued use of our services means you agree to the latest version.
